Education of Japan


An education of Japan is take six years of primary school, three years of junior high school, three years of high school and 4 years of university. There are three terms that are summer, winter and spring. A Japanese children entered the primary school at 6 years old. The average class size of suburban was about 35-40 students. From age 12, proceed to middle schools. About 5.7 students attended the private schools because parents would chose the schools were high academic achievement. There are 710 university in Japan.
